PROJECT SCOPE AND OBJECTIVEs
Facilities
This housing complex will be a non-profit organization for the Elderly and Disabled persons who have been released from prison. The facility will be registered with the Internal Revenue Treasury Department. We currently have an assigned Employee Identification Number (EIN) and approved Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Texas.
This facility funding will be provided by fundraisers, local taxable contributions through 501(C)3 donations and residence rental fees.
The housing complex will be built in the Southern Dallas Area to help promote economic development and to reestablish a productive community.
This facility will also provide people with meaningful and life changing opportunities.
Standard of Services
All residents will enjoy daily meal services, 24-hour on-site staff, emergency response security button, medication supervision, personal services, hospitality and social activities, transportation for medical appointments and a daily exercise program.

PLAN OF ACTION
The housing complex will consist of the foyer/seating area, two community restrooms, human resources, reception area, directors office, social/conference room, chapel, small store for miscellaneous purchases and storages.
It will have forty six (46) one bedroom apartments that will consist of a living/dining area with a small kitchen, apartment size refrigerators and a built in microwave,
The single bedroom will have a chester nightstand, bathroom with walk-in closet and storage shelves, waste laboratory, emergency response security buttons in bathroom and bedroom, walk-in shower with built in bench, wall caddy, sink with vanity mirror.
